Não hesitei em aceitar e estou aqui para contar a vocês todas as experiências vividas naquele local incrível e inesquecível. Começando pela regeneração total do corpo e da mente, graças a um método único e inovador no SPA, Diane Barrière.

I did not hesitate to accept and I am here to tell you all the great experiences I had in that incredible and unforgettable place. Cheguei numa quarta-feira a noite e fiquei confortavelmente em um quarto Deluxe sur mer, com vista para o mar, simplesmente esplêndido.
Minha programação no SPA começou na quinta-feira às 10h. Fui recebida por um expert que fez um check-up em mim. Para realizar o check-up ele utilizou o AERIAL, um aparelho de biorressonância, na realidade eu tive que segurar o aparelho durante alguns minutos enquanto ele calculava as vibrações do meu corpo para poder, em seguida, realizar o tratamento totalmente personalizado, sob medida para mim. Esse aparelho registra qual é a faixa de frequência que possuímos, sendo possível analisar cada órgão, cada tecido e até cada célula do indivíduo.

I arrived on a Wednesday night and stayed comfortably in a deluxe room with sea view, simply amazing.
My schedule at the SPA started on Thursday at 10am. I was greeted by an expert who did a complete check-up on me. In order to perform the checkup he used the AERIAL, a bioresonance device. In fact I had to hold the device for a few minutes while he calculated the vibrations of my body to be able to then carry out the totally personalized treatment, tailored to me. This device registers the frequency range that we have, and it is possible to analyze each organ, each tissue and even each cell of the individual.

A partir do momento que a análise é feita, as informações são enviadas para o software do expert, e assim ele pode saber quais meridianos ele vai trabalhar no corpo. No meu caso, foi a vesícula e o fígado. Com o resultado, ele também pode escolher qual cor será utilizada na sala de tratamento, (cromoterapia) e quais óleos essenciais e vegetais orgânicos, quais elixires minerais serão utilizados. Eu adorei a água harmonizada com pedras preciosas, que eles serviram depois do tratamento, apreciei cada gole.
O SPA Diane Barrière, é o único SPA Aerial desde 2016. Esses tratamentos normalmente já existem em algumas clínicas, que se inspiram em métodos terapêuticos da medicina chinesa. Mas o conceito de beleza integrada é somente encontrado no SPA Diane Barrière em Deauville, aqui na França.

I loved the water harmonized with gemstones, which they served after the treatment, I enjoyed every sip.
The SPA Diane Barrière is the only Aerial SPA since 2016. These treatments usually already exist in some clinics, which are inspired by therapeutic methods of Chinese medicine. But the concept of integrated beauty is only found at the Diane Barrière SPA in Deauville, here in France.

Ele oferece várias opções de programas personalizados: Detox, Vitalidade, Emagrecimento, Beleza, Relaxamento e Longevidade. Estes são divididos em 2 dias de tratamento, que é o mínimo, ou 3 dias e vai até 6 dias, que realmente seria o ideal para o corpo poder reencontrar o equilíbrio, desintoxicar e recarregar o organismo, agindo nas funções cognitivas, psicológicas e neuro sensoriais.
Em complemento dos procedimentos, o Hotel propõe um menu adaptado com algumas bebidas para reforçar a imunidade, por exemplo, e comidas super equilibradas, com pouquíssimas calorias, sem glúten, sem lactose e muitos legumes bio, além de atividades físicas, como aulas de Yoga com parceria do célebre clube, Le Tigre, e Pilates, instalado dentro do hotel.
Para estender o resultado do tratamento, também são sugeridos alguns suplementos alimentares como cápsulas de magnésio, entre outras diversas opções para atender todas as necessidades do hóspede. Após, somente, uma sessão de tratamento, eu já pude sentir uma eliminação das tensões. São diversos rituais propostos pelo SPA, sauna infravermelha de 20 minutos, sauna seca e a vapor, espaço de repouso, piscina aquecida, sala de esportes e a boutique onde encontramos todos os produtos necessários para darmos continuidade ao tratamento em casa.
No mesmo dia, às 18h, fiz uma aula de Hatha Yoga, foi excelente para completar a sensação de que eu estava lá para, realmente, cuidar de mim.
Amei minha experiência, foi a melhor opção para começar o ano com uma filosofia de vida mais saudável, uma boa alimentação e cuidados com meu corpo físico e minha mente.
O SPA, Diane Barrière, foi criado em homenagem a Diane, que representava a beleza à francesa: bela, elegante, audaciosa e refinada. Foi uma honra ter vivenciado esta experiência em um lugar com tanta riqueza cultural.

In addition to the procedures, the Hotel proposes a menu adapted with some drinks to boost immunity, for example, and super balanced foods, with very few calories, gluten-free, lactose-free and many bio vegetables, as well as physical activities such as Yoga classes with partnership of the famous club, Le Tigre, and Pilates, installed inside the hotel.
To extend the treatment result, some dietary supplements such as magnesium capsules are also suggested, among other options to meet all the needs of the guest. After only one treatment session, I have already been able to feel an elimination of tensions. There are several rituals proposed by the SPA, 20 minutes infrared sauna, dry and steam sauna, rest space, heated pool, sports room and the boutique where we find all the products necessary to continue the treatment at home.
At the same day at 6:00 pm, I took a Hatha Yoga class, it was great to complete the feeling that I was there to really take care of myself.
I loved my experience, it was the best option to start the year with a healthier life philosophy, a good diet and caring on my body and mind.
The SPA, Diane Barrière, was created in honor of Diane, who represented French beauty: beautiful, elegant, audacious and refined. It was an honor to have lived this experience in a place with so much cultural richness.
